Storm Smart Helps Habitat for Humanity Offer Affordable Hurricane Impact Windows

Storm Smart has spent decades helping Florida homeowners protect their families and homes from extreme weather, but we recognize that for many, cost can be a barrier to securing the protection they need.

In a demonstration of community support, we have donated approximately 300 impact window units — valued at $240,000 — to Habitat for Humanity affiliates across Florida.

The donated windows, known for their durability and cutting-edge technology, will benefit three Habitat for Humanity affiliates, including:

• Habitat for Humanity of Lee and Hendry Counties
• Habitat for Humanity of Manatee County
• Habitat for Humanity of Greater Palm Beach County

These high-quality impact windows will be available for purchase at a lower cost at the following Habitat for Humanity ReStore locations:

• North Fort Myers (31 Willis Rd.)
• Bradenton (5108 15th St E.)
• Delray Beach (1900 North Federal Highway)
• Greenacres (4639 Lake Worth Rd.)

All proceeds from the sale of these windows will go directly toward Habitat for Humanity’s mission to build affordable homes for families in need.
